Why is no record found for an existing passport?
Digital entries are logged within 2 hours of report printouts. Verify the examination date matches the printed stamp. If issues persist, email us with a PDF of the report.
Are UNFIT results permanently logged?
Yes. All UNFIT screenings are stored securely in keeping with immigration protocol safeguards.
